Upgrade from earlier PKI Hub 1.3 releases
In addition to supporting upgrades from the previous PKI Hub 1.4.0 release, this PKI Hub release also supports upgrades from PKI Hub 1.3 releases.
In summary, you can upgrade to PKI Hub 1.5.0 from the following releases.

Database appliance (ATEAM-18553 & EDM-19238)
