- Datadog errors in logs (ATEAM-17270 & ATEAM-18730)
- Mandatory ending “/” in the user console URL (ATEAM‑19003)
- Error on logout (ATEAM-19055)
- nCipher wrapping key not detected (ATEAM-19125)
- Certificate Authority cannot be redeployed after an upgrade failure (EDM‑19236)
- Certificate Authority fails on restore (ATEAM-19193)
Datadog errors in logs (ATEAM-17270 & ATEAM-18730)
The Certificate Authorities logs include errors of the Datadog metrics tracker.
Mandatory ending “/” in the user console URL (ATEAM‑19003)
The URL of the Certificate Authority user console must end with a forward slash “/”, as in:
https://<hostname>/v2/ Error on logout (ATEAM-19055)
Clicking the Logout command in the console results in a "Page not found" error under the following conditions.
- The Certificate Authority solution is enabled
- The user has the PkihubRole role
nCipher wrapping key not detected (ATEAM-19125)
When deploying a solution that uses an nShield HSM, the deployer:
- Does not check whether a wrapping key exists.
- Does not create the key if it does not exist.
Certificate Authority cannot be redeployed after an upgrade failure (EDM‑19236)
If the Certificate Authority upgrade fails for any reason—such as a misconfigured database or a network error—the solution cannot be redeployed.
Certificate Authority fails on restore (ATEAM-19193)
The Certificate Authority solution deployment fails after a system restore.
