The management console does not populate already set passwords (ATEAM-18773)

When viewing the configuration of a successfully deployed solution, password fields may appear empty instead of displaying asterisks. If you attempt to navigate to the next configuration page, the management console displays an error message incorrectly indicating that these passwords have not been set.

Some commands prompt for confirmation of existing passwords (EDM-18424)

Some clusterctl commands prompt the user to enter and confirm a password that has already been set, instead of prompting for the password once and validating it.
