Datadog errors in logs (ATEAM-17270)

The Certificate Authority logs include errors of the Datadog metrics tracker.

The Certificate Authority user interface includes broken links to the customer guide. 

Error on logout (ATEAM-19055)

Clicking the Logout command in the console results in a "Page not found" error under the following conditions.

• The Certificate Authority solution is enabled
• The user has the PkihubRole role
