The Rekey operation is initiated in the Oracle server. The Oracle server deactivates the existing master key and creates a new master key. The data encryption key is then rewrapped using the new master key.

Note: The older key is deactivated but not destroyed.

1. Rotate the key: 

   ./encrypt.sh rotate_key

2. Check the status: 

   ./encrypt.sh status
