You can use the Policy Agent online encryption driver with UEFI secure boot. This is supported on the following platforms: 

• Red Hat 8.x
• Red Hat 9.x
• Ubuntu 22.04
• Oracle 8.7, 8.8, 9.1, 9.2, and 9.3

Important: UEFI and Secure Boot is only supported with VMware ESXi. It is not supported on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
